Software License Agreement

1 Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, SaveAs Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Snorit software and services.

This license allows you to use the Software for your internal business operations only.

2 License Scope

Your subscription plan determines the scope of your license:

• Basic Plan: Single outlet, limited users (up to 3)
• Professional Plan: Multiple outlets (up to 5), increased user limits (up to 15)
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited outlets and users, custom features and integrations

3 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software to develop competing products
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

4 Intellectual Property Rights

SaveAs Technologiesit and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of SaveAs Technologies or its licensors.

5 Updates and Maintenance

We may provide updates, upgrades, patches, and bug fixes to the Software. You agree to install mandatory security updates.

6 Support and Services

Support is provided according to your subscription plan:

• Basic: Email support, 48-hour response time
• Professional: Email and chat support, 4-hour response time
• Enterprise: Priority support, dedicated account manager, 1-hour response time

7 Data and Backup

While we perform regular automated backups of all data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your critical business data.

We are not liable for any data loss, regardless of the cause.

8 Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate by canceling your subscription through your account settings.

We may terminate this license immediately if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

9 Warranty Disclaimer

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10 Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaveAs Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Software in violation of this Agreement
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of third-party rights

12 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
